Cory is a great worker. He’s extremely professional and always on time. He does a great job with all the work he has done at our home. We are renters and will possibly purchase our home or another one. Because of Cory, I would definitely want to keep Trust N Us services as a vendor. Star and Cheyenne, I believe are the dispatchers. They both have excellent customer service when it comes to working

My apartment complex decided to do some uncalled for “maintenance” on the A/C . And they chose trust n us for the vendor or whatever. My air was blowing snowballs working perfectly fine before Albert Owens came over here to do the alleged maintenance. Long story short not even an hour after he left maybe 5 minutes idk cause I was working … my air started blowin warm air and ya kno it’s over 100deg

I called yesterday to have someone come look at a kitchen sink leak. The lady on the phone was polite and said a technician was available the next day and gave me a time window. I love the fact that this business have employees that displayed excellent customer service. They didn't have me wasting time waiting all day for them to show up.
