I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this TruFit location has been extremely disappointing. I spoke with Enno on March 13th, and despite expressing that I was 50/50 on personal training and feeling nervous, he pushed forward, activating the program without my full awareness. We’ve been members here for almost five months, and at first, things were good. Things have gotten worse since then. First, front staff is always polite and very friendly. However, the level of gross has been kicked up with the lack of cleaning on the second floor. Used paper towels all over the floor, empty or no spray bottles with disinfectant, full trashcans, and if you get within 10 feet of th

Gym is getting worse. Weights are damaged, missing, or scattered on the floor. Gym bags are a tripping hazard. And machine cushions will leave scratches. Most of the TVs don't work. Toilet areas are almost always dirty and smell. Other Tru Fit locations have employees placing weights back, cleaning, and keeping Gym organized. What happened here? Place is on a fast decline.

When i signed up Monique made it fast and easy for me to become a member. She explained all the plans and was very detailed on whay plan to choose. Gym is clean, sauna and the locker rooms are always clean as well. Would highly recommend 👌

Great gym! Moniq at the front desk always goes above and beyond with her customer service, making every visit welcoming and easy. She always greets everyone with a smile. The Zumba classes by Bianca and Marlen are full of energy, fun, and a great workout—I look forward to them every week!

The only redeeming service is the sauna. The weights and machines are unmaintained, some are rusty. When I signed up, I asked if I could use one of the rooms to practice posing and was told it’s okay. When I actually needed the room, they wouldn’t open it because they’re not allowed to let other people use it. Very frustrating.
