We built our home 10 years ago and the microwave just went out. I came into the store and all the sales staff was busy helping other customers. Thats when Taylor Marshal jumped in to help. She was very friendly and was able to quickly pull up the exact replacement microwave since mine had been discontinued.

Just purchased Speed Queen washer and dryer and I have to say that this place is such a class act. From sales to delivery, best service around. Our delivery guys, Danny and Nate were exceptional. I will buy my next appliance there as well. Very happy!

I would give no stars if I could. Tri-Supply has terrible customer service. They have never returned phone calls. We purchased multiple appliances from them for a new home build. Encountered many hurdles. Two years after purchasing our stove oven we needed a repair. Multiple calls and requests were made for help. They never once returned any phone calls. Sean is amazing!!!! If you’re shopping at tri supply bmt don’t hesitate to ask for him. Also the delivery driver he set us up with (drew) was awesome!!!!
Sean helped us from start to finish on a harsh timeline we had to meet. Worked after hours, etc. Couldn’t recommend him more!

I am so happy with this purchase! Lots of help from Lee over the phone and I picked up my machine the same day. My old machine had stopped working for several day so we had accumulated several loads. So we did several loads that night and she works great. She is well build and solid. So happy with her.
