The best bike shop around! Aaron was so helpful and personable!! He talked to both my kids and helped them pick out a bike they love and fit them well! They are so excited and both commented on how the guys there are so fun and made it a great experience!

Trek Bike in Flower Mound is hands-down one of the best bike shops I’ve ever been to. The entire staff is amazing — every single person there is knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cares about helping you get exactly what you need. These guys are so patient and knowledgeable. They're great at explaining the next size up when it comes to my kids and what to expect for growth spurts in their future. They also have a trade in program where they donate your old bike to kids in need which I absolutely love. These are great and it is the only place I go to for our bike needs.

Daniel helped my husband and me, and he was absolutely wonderful. He took the time to explain the differences between the helmets, asked thoughtful questions about how we use our bikes, and made sure the helmets we chose fit us properly. Took my Trek Dual Sport 4 in for middle level service. Aaron mounted it on the counter bike mount and gauged the chain, checked the rear cassette, and check shifting and brake lever range. He provided a well explained quote and took care of all necessary part replacement and maintenance. Bike was ready when promised. My bike operates and rides better than when purchased new. The staff was very friendly, informative and communicated with me with respect and efficiency. I had a rear wheel tube replacement and Level 1 service offering. My 5.6 mile ride to my home from the store was a pleasure. The ride was smooth, faster and much improved. I was even offered to join a weekly men's bike ride from the store, which I appreciated greatly.

The TREK Flowermound must be "THE BIKE PLACE" for you. Though I purchased a bike at a different location, the folks are this place have always helped me on Spares, never forcing me to buy anything, and at the same time leave no stone unturned to make me comfortable and help me.
