I would not recommend Trailers Plus to anyone
I bought my trailer from them on August 20th, and on October 18th I took it in for repair under warranty. Instead of standing behind their product, they told me the damage wouldn’t be covered because the battery voltage was “too low.” The tech saw it was at 77%when I brought it in — apparently that’s now considered “too low” for them to honor a warran

From the first conversation to the final walk-around, Sam was knowledgeable, patient, and focused on getting me the right trailer—not just any trailer. Great customer service, Very smart with products, and very respectful! Came in on a Saturday unannounced and left woth exactly what was needed! I totally forgot the salesmans name, but hes the guy in the back right office! He's great! Highly recommend him!

Jonathan was extremely polite, helpful and professional. Everyone there was really nice. It turns out i was mistaken about sone things i thought i knew about trailers and i ended up getting not only a larger better fit for me trailer than the one i wanted, but it also cost less! 100% recommend these guys.

Super easy experience with these guys. The 7x16’ Interstate trailer is amazing, and the lock set (including hitch lock) are by far the best quality I have ever seen. All of these guys were super helpful. I have nothing but the best praise for these guys and the process! Despite being super busy, they had my add-on customizations done in no time. Thanks to Peyton and Lane for superior service. The transaction was smooth and seamless. Although the store was busy, they took care of all of our needs and we never felt rushed, despite nearing closing time. I recommend purchasing your next trailer here in Killeen and make sure to ask for either of the two brothers. 5 STAR!
