Winter was coming. Supposedly it was to be bad. So I thought I'd better pick some more fuel for the generator and needed gas can and propane tanks which were advertised at the Sherman location.
On sale.
I think I just made it before the the throngs of people descended upon the place as I got the fuel can and also 20 and 30 pound propane tanks for our historic storm as per the news. Needed to be

We are frequent shoppers at Tractor Supply and while we rarely post reviews, our last visit to the Sherman, TX store was outstanding due to the help we received from Joseph. We had pre-ordered items ahead of the pending storm in North Texas and unfortunately arrived about 15 minutes prior to closing. I am a longtime Tractor Supply Customer, and do enjoy shopping at tractor supply. But this Tractor Supply, is definitely lackluster compared to others. This is the second time in less than two weeks that tractor supply has been completely out of towels in the dog washing section. We were sure to get up earlier this morning to get there and beat the crowd so there would actually be towels. I called

Dog wash station... Tractor Supply really doesn't care about this. They have it as a service, but they never have any towel supplies shampoo soap and the people are horrible. I hope you understand what I'm saying here...... this is a self-service place, so really all you have to do is have it stocked.... and they can't do that. I've been to other tractor supplies and they're all pretty decent....

Tractor Supply is a good place to go for pet f and garden items. The employees are always friendly and very helpful. Also, the prices are reasonable.

Went in today to get some tractor parts,called in before hand transfered me to a pleasant ladies back in parts she checked on the part and went and verified that there was 1 in stock since I was driving 30+ miles. Ran by with one of my boys Cato as I was greeted very nicely as I entered by cashier Jessica.

This place should have just about whatever you need. One of the things that I don't like is, that if a bag of dog food is damaged they just prorate it. They use to actually discount it. Why would I want to buy a damaged bag at a prorated price instead of a discounted rate? I might as well buy a bag that's undamaged. Also, beware of the huge potholes at the southwest end of the lot. These guys are doing their best. I have been to many Tractor Supply locations and this one has a nice, informative, super friendly staff. If you go when they are not busy and overwhelmed you will get the personal attention you are seeking.
