I was a victim to racism at this Seguin location.
I really did not appreciate getting treated different from everyone else. It was very obvious what the lady did. She also realized she had messed up. Completely unacceptable. We will be traveling a bit further to a different feed store. The older lady that loads the feed when we buy bulk is the racist. My husband is a veteran and spends at least $4

Employees are usually nice, but there is zero accountability for inventory at the Seguin, TX store. They are out of most things every time I go. Went for wire fence twist tool-out
Went for dog food-out
Went for varmint trap-out
Went for a 16ft gate-out
Went for water filters-out
Today, I went for a 30 gallon galvanized trash can. They had it, but did not have any of the lids that come with them.

Staff are friendly, but they dont care if the store is clean, the bathrooms are nasty to the extreme. It would be one thing if it were stains on sinks and toilets, but there is a noticable layer of black grime that is not a stain which tells me they haven't cleaned in weeks. Yuck!!! This isn't the only issue, but it is sure the most pressing one in my opinion.

Great customer service! I’m not one to leave reviews very often, but the employees at this store know their stuff, are very friendly, and made my experience overwhelmingly satisfactory. Hailey and another dark headed guy with facial hair (I didn’t catch his name), y'all rock !
