We spent over $1000 dollars on materials for our horses for the staff to be rude and very off putting. Who ever the little bald white man is that was working outside @ 3:23pm is very rude and I don’t appreciate his nasty attitude if he didnt want to work he should have stayed his self right at home. I recorded the interaction treat people with kindness it’s simple we were very nice and respectful.

They will not honor their sale prices that are on their website in store. They have shirts for $9.25 off on their website but in store they will not honor the price. The employee was friendly and apologetic, but if you like to try on clothes before you buy them, you’ll want to shop somewhere else.

I have to really commend the ladies up front tonight (10/1/2025) While dealing with a very disrespectful customers language, threats to lie to corporate, and threats to their job these ladies remained professional and did not lose their cool. I was very proud of their ability to remain calm, professional and handle the situation with the compassion they did. Sorry you ladies had to deal with what

We visited the Marshall tractor supply and I brought my cane corso in and RON was very nice and helpful to us.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The store is always super clean. I was disappointed with the pet wash station though. The ramp on one tub was broken. One of the dryers was broken, and the table with the working dryer would wobble back and forth with the slightest move. I have a very well behaved dog, so it was all fine. However, the wobbling table and broken ramp could pose to hurt some
