We have visited Tractor Supply Stores all over Texas and this location has some of the friendlier staff we’ve encountered. The store was tidy and they had a local event going on in their parking lot. Kudos to all the employees!

Well this place has a lot to be desired from service to cleanliness. Our order got screwed up they simply didnt pay attention. The ladles carrying the salsa and other condiments was in disarray i.e., carrots in the salsa, and Im not going to go further on that! Food is alright but I'd rather go to taco bell quite honestly.

THIS REVIEW IS BASED SOLELY ON THE " SELF PET WASH SERVICE"
We went in the morning to try out the self pet wash service, it is located in the back of the store. Well upon entering, the room was FULL of fur, I understand that it is a pet wash, but I think that it should be kept clean at all times. The towels were over flowing (they were all wet and dirty, there was only ONE clean one) and the brush

Went in for puppy dog food and employee said they’re in the back in a pallet didn’t wanna get it said come back tomorrow if I wanted it and on top of that was already making faces cause I asked for assistance. What kind of customer service is that!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Spent an hour on a return by the time they figured it out. What a waste of time kept trying to blame that I shouldn’t have started it online the return process instead they called Customer Service to fix which I could’ve done. Horrible process

Tried calling to verify that the item was in stock. Online it said they had 2 in stock. I called so I wouldn't make the 30 minute drive. Was on hold, as soon as lady came back she said they didnt have it in stock. But was looking for wrong item because she told me a different price. Then I asked for her to confirm item we were talking about. She put me on hold and some other lady answered and said
