This store is quickly going down the drain without Angela. I placed a $477 order for Roadie same delivery and it never showed up…I went ahead and cancelled the order. I’ve been shopping here for almost six years and this is the first time this has ever happened…Angela always gave GREAT customer service. I’ll be sure not to purchase from this store anymore.

I am in disbelief of the way Tractor Supply management in Del Rio puts there” customers” first then there employees ,wich also contribute to buy as such making me a customer in no difference .Now having me return an item I had already purchased and been sitting in my truck for minutes is ridiculous as I made my way back in the store minutes pass and I get approached by an employee saying I had t

I went in to buy a carrier hitch because the one that I ordered from another vendor was lost in shipment. They had exactly what I needed, and the straps, and everything was very competitively priced. Since the box I had was large, several people offered to assist me. And although it wasn't heavy, finally one of the employees insisted on loading it into my car for me. It was a very good experience.

Great place for pet supplies! Staff most helpful, huge variety of food, treats, toys, training pads, and other essentials. Tractor Supply is now my go to place for all my pet supplies. Sign up for their customer club and receive a 10% discount each time you shop!

This Store is great. We go to buy things for our pets. But it is Hard from outside to see that is a regular Store where you can get other stuffs like pet supplies, ice chests, tools and else they only have The tractor tools in the front yard. They should have a stand where the people specially coming from Mexico know what they sell other than these parts.
