Excellent to work with. Management is very responsive to work out any issues the may arise. Installation of floors was completed ahead of schedule and the quality of work is very high. Phillip and Kathleen were delightful to work with.

We recently had to put my Dad’s house on the market, and it was obvious that the carpets needed to be replaced. Town Squares Floors was highly recommended. They were very responsive in providing a bid and then installing flooring and tile. When our realtor walked in she immediately texted to say that the flooring was fantastic. I was referred by two previous customers. While our floors look good, the overall experience was not positive. The employees in the store are very friendly I will say. After the floors were finished we had grout on our walls, paint chips and dirt everywhere. While they offered to come clean, we attempted ourselves to clean the walls and paint instantly started to come off and no stains would come

We have had the pleasure of working with Town Square Floors twice and we were very happy with our experiences. They are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, provide quality service and product! We will work with them again on our next tile replacement job as well!! I highly recommend them!!

Town Square Floors did a wonderful job on our LVP and carpet replacement. The install crew was efficient and clean, floors look amazing, and their staff is a pleasure to work with. 5 stars!

When you walk into their showroom you are immediately greeted by friendly faces. We are about to do our 3rd project with them and I couldn't imagine using another company. Their installers are by far the best I have seen (which are many) and the quality is there. Robin helped me pick out the tile and it was BEAUTIFUL! I don't think there is a better company around!
