We had a busted hose bib extender on our backyard faucet and the extender would not thread off the sillcock. Tyler arrived early within the service time provided, in a thunderstorm, and replaced the sillcock and extender assembly within a few minutes. We were very pleased with the process. We had both upstairs showers that really needed the valves replaced so that they would work, and work efficiently, with no leaks. Chris replaced both valves quickly and did a great job! He also let us know about other services that we might benefit from in the future for bathroom upgrades.
