Toro Steam Cleaning’s customer service is on a level all its own — absolutely PHENOMENAL. They went above and beyond by coming to pick up my rug, which was white and definitely needed some 911-level help… and they absolutely killed it.
They got every stain out, it smells amazing, looks brand new, and even feels fresh again. I’m seriously impressed.

We just purchased a home in Rockwall in which the previous owners had four large untrained dogs that had peed everywhere. We had to replace all the bedroom carpet but we were left with over a thousand square feet of filthy tile. We also repainted the entire house and had overspray along some edges of the floor.
