Worst contractor experience of my life! These people do more damage to the house than good. These were supposed to level my home and resort it. I had them out over and over and after a year from the original service they finally got my doors to work. I was very impressed with every aspect of my engagement with Top Notch Mobile Home Services. I had a 2100 sq ft doublewide leveled and retrofitted. It has not been level like this since initial setting when new. I paid 2 previous contractors to level, and neither of them delivered. The guys at Top Notch were out today to repair the underbelly and insulation destroyed by a water pipe leak and plumbing repairs. Jeremy from Top Notch initially came out to inspect the house for leveling and thankfully alerted me to leak. We have used Top Notch at our lake house for several years. Had them out today to do some touch up repairs. The crew was awesome and did a great job.
