This has been a horrible experience. We can’t seem to get a punch list completed. We overpaid with our cashiers check over 2 months ago and have yet to be refunded. Someone is always going to call you back but never we never get a phone call. I would definitely not recommend buying a tiny home from them.

Small mobile homes, all under 400 sqft. Construction seems mid to low end. Finished out better than you expect based on the exterior. They serve a purpose as long as your expectations are lower than stick built. I'm not sure what you could build in that size for the <$30k price point though.

Chad is the only thing holding this place up, he has the answers you need but he passes it to his sales team who dance around the actual answer you need. Make sure you are either paying cash or have your own financing. They use a company that's tied to Legacy housing ltd called Federal Investors. Google both and look at the BBB ratings and the numerous complaints. They are CROOKS. They will charge

Spoke with David Ruiz about getting some information on buying a tiny home to add as an addition to my home to set up my mother in her own space. She is elderly and is looking for her own space near family but does not want to be an inconvenience to anyone. This would be a perfect fit. He seemed very knowledgeable on what to do and gave us some great advice. So excited to get started on a pro

I would give zero stars if that was an option. I purchased a tiny home from the Tiny House Outlet in Greenville, Texas on June 26, 2020. This will now be the 3rd issue with the house that I have had since purchasing it. In September of 2022, I heard water leaking. I had to take off my wall panel to discover that my AC drainage hose was not connected to the PVC pipe that it was supposed to be drain

At first, the department here was very helpful and great. But, when it came time to send us the home, and when we actually got the home, they became difficult. We had several issues with the home we were delivered around Easter of 2021, and we are still having issues that the contractor has to come out and fix! They were unwillling to make a resolution to a couple of my issues, and I told them I w

We purchased one for my grandmother to place on my land and she loves it. Sure there were a few hiccups in the beginning after delivery, but all and all its affordable and functional. Plus the utilities are very inexpensive. I know there are a few bad reviews and some good ones too, but we ship over 10 Tiny homes per month and only a total of 16 reviews both good and bad. All and all don't jus
