We bought cedar for our pergola project here. We were pleased with the friendly and knowledgeable staff - Chris was very patient and helpful. I'd deduct a half star since they didn't call prior to delivery, but, apparently their phones were down due to heavy rain. In any case, Chris was great and we appreciated his expertise in helping us select the right stain for our project.

Timber town has always been great to work with. Their framing lumber has been superior to all other competitors. They are more helpful with delivery need as well. I want to give delivery driver Mark, a huge thank you and 5star review. On a rainy day and tight schdule he called ahead of time, was super polite, helpful, and made a flawless drop in a tight spot!!! This allowed us to not have to unbun

We sourced TimberTech from TimberTown last year. Drew was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He was knowledgeable, provided insight and guidance, and was incredibly patient and kind.
We just returned today for some Ipe. Same thing – Drew was just so great to work with. We rang in the morning, they had what we needed in stock, showed up to pay, they loaded it, and off we went.
