Titus has been great to work with! We placed a large order last year, had an appliance leak, and just ordered a few more boxes of flooring. We used Timberline Flooring after a flood in the kitchen required us to get new hardwood floors. On our first visit to the showroom Odi did a fabulous job of giving us the options that would work for us. She was able to balance well between the differences of opinion in our family.
