Tilson is the best builder in the DFW area. This is our third home we’ve built since 2012. All three were different builders. We took custom plans to Tilson. They finished them up free of charge. DO NOT BUILD WITH TILSON. FIND A LOCAL CONTRACTOR THAT CARES ABOUT THEIR WORK!!!! I had issues from the begging starting with the home sales representative.
