Our experience with Tilson at the very beginning was amazing. Ali at the Georgetown location was so helpful and walked us through the entire process! She was amazing, she was always quick to answer our e-mails, phone calls and welcomed an unannounced visit into her office to discuss plans! I would highly recommend using Ali, we still talk to her and give her updates on our home and our lives!

As a real estate professional for over 14 yrs, I’ve worked with many builders in town — from semi to fully custom — but this was my first time with Tilson.
Let me start by saying: building a house is a lot. With any builder. Homes are made of thousands of parts, so it’s never a question of if something won’t go as planned — it’s a question of how your builder responds when it happens.

My husband and I are building our first home with Tilson (specifically Chelsea at the Georgetown location) and it has been great! The options and ways we can customize was a big deal for me and we were able to get what we wanted within our budget. I would and have to friends/family, recommend using Tilson for your dream home!

Our experience with Tilson Homes was phenomenal!!!! From the initial tour of the home we picked to the meeting of our builder we were heard and understood! Chelsea is amazing and treated us like family from the first time we met her!! All the staff are amazing and they know what they’re doing!!! Love Tilson Homes!!

When my wife and I first walked into the Tilson offices and met our sales lady (Arden) we didn't realize we were working with an All-star. Arden never sold us anything, but rather guided us through the process and we painfully worked through every detail of the home we were designing to be built.
Our home is just starting the physical build, so this review is based on the design and sales portion.
