Requested a quote. I was told I’d get an estimate the following day. Never received any communication after several days. Not professional. Waste of time.

I am updating this post today, 3/20/2025, and can still barely think about it without feeling sick to my stomach. The tile work they did is terrible. There are bubbles in the grout. The owner didn't even greet me when he came into my home to look at what I was needing him to fix. The whole experience was terrible. Don't hire these people.

Did a terrible job on my Bathroom Master Shower. It’s not draining properly and holding water due to an inaccurate slope to the drain. They refused to correct it and left me with a shower that pans water. I must use a window scraper to get the water to the drain and a towel to get up excess standing water. Very unprofessional. He’s all about the money and no guarantee on his work.
