Extremely knowledgeable about all types of tile and stones. The in stock supplies and variety are amazing. I was shocked to see the various styles and to my amazement it was all in stock and large quantities. For buying such a large quantity I was given a huge discount. We will be referring everyone we know here. Wished I had snapped pics of their showroom.

Dont waste your time. The lady with the short hair and braces was RUDE and NOT helpful AT ALL. Would rather lose a customer than go the extra mile to help. "That isn't how it works" and "no im not going to do that" Doesn't win business. No, ma'am. That's not how customer service works.

Awesome profesional service! I was able to do most purchases over the phone. I received color options on my phone and great profesional advice. Not to mention the military discount and beautiful tile choices that I couldn’t find anywhere else in town.

DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS! My worst nightmare was purchasing tile here. They sold me the wrong color of tile of almost $4,000 and when I went to return it they charged me 15% which was close to $600. It had been less than 24 hours-as they sold me the tile before closing and I returned it as soon as they opened, so they had not even pulled it out of the warehouse.

Since the day I walked in the staff has been nothing but great. Not only were they there to help me brainstorm ideas for some upcoming home project but were also extremely knowledgeable of all their materials and compatibility with other substrates to ensure a long lasting finish product. Great communication and amazing product!

They will not provide any help over the phone and they close before their advertised time. Would not recommend as they do not provide any customer service.

The staff was really helpful with outstanding customer service. I though finding the tile for my needs would’ve been more difficult than what it actually was! Highly recommended company and unbeatable prices.

We can’t believe what a DEAL we got at Tile Market! We looked everywhere for a southwestern tile pattern for our cabin and we found it her at Tile Market! Highly recommended!
