Finished our pool/spa in Oct 2025 and finally able to sit down to write this review. Shopped around and chose Tidal Wave based on our initial consult and their outstanding reviews, and I gotta say we are very happy with the build.

Wish we could give a negative -1 score. Multiple issues with the builder. All work is contracted out and very little support. Constantly missing promises to be onsite for review which resulted in a major repair and then a repair of a repair when they ruptured the newly installed water lines inside of the Gunite pool shell. The final straw was coping that was not cut according to plan approval

Edit: I had an issue with my pool equipment after a recent thunderstorm, and the company handled it quickly under warranty. Their team was responsive, professional, and took care of the problem without any hassle. The technician explained everything clearly and made sure the system was working properly before leaving. I really appreciate the great service and standing behind their work.

We love our new pool, Joey was very helpfull throught out the whole process. Answered all of our questions and concerns in a timley manner. We know there was delays due to weather.
We had an issue with the storm drain but they were able to fix it other than that no major issues.
