I brought my Bissell carpet shampooer into the shop to see if they could repair the brush, which was not spinning. From the beginning, the woman who identified herself as the owner was extremely rude. She immediately started complaining about a detachable wheel on the machine and stated that she does not make much money repairing this type of equipment, so she did not even want to take the job. Sh

The Vacuum Shop is a great local spot for vacuum service and repair. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable and seems to be able to fix just about anything. It’s hard to find places like this anymore—honest, reliable, and experienced. Highly recommend if you’re looking to get your vacuum back in top shape!

I was looking for a high quality upright vacuum and this store had a good selection of used and new uprights. They let me take home a demo model so I could test it out. Great service and they know their stuff. Very satisfied with my new vacuum.

I went in to get my electric cord repaired and thought I would have my vacuum cleaned at the same time at an additional cost. BIGGEST mistake...My vacuum was never the same again and had to buy a new one as it was never the same.
