Hailey was incredibly helpful and informative throughout our visit. She took the time to walk us through options and even let us take a tile sample home to see how it would work in our renovation. Although the tile ultimately didn’t work out for our space and we had to return it, the selection and customer service were excellent. As a contractor I really love this location. Hayley and Maricruz are so AWESOME! They we always concerned with my projects and gave great suggestions. Maricruz and Hayley light up the room with their smiles. and I appreciate them referring me to clients in the area. I would refer anyone to this store with flying colors!!

Great place to go if you need help with interior design. I hit several tile stores (including Daltile who provided me with an interior designer, Floor and Decor -scheduled an hour with an interior designer, etc.) But none were as detailed and knowledgeable, not to mention great with design and putting things together as Caitlin (and Maricruz). I was doing a home renovation. After some research at several stores, I was pleasantly surprised to find The Tile Shop. The selections of tiles are top notch. I received much help and special attention by the store manager Hayley. My company does facilities maintenance, and approximate tile matching is a constant hassle. I've learned to stop Google-ing and just email Hayley at The Tile Shop instead -- they've always been extremely responsive and have solved a number of problems which had me at an impasse.
