They have a beautiful selection to choose from, but their employees are what stands out the most. Jay German was fantastic to work with and incredibly patient. After hiccups we had with our original contractor, he helped us place our order as quick as possible.

I am redoing a master bath and always hate the process of selecting the tile and deciding on the details. After visiting multiple store I stopped by your location. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! Jay helped us the first day and was amazing! He patiently helped and never seemed in a hurry to just get it done already! Then to my surprise he offered to print out a physical quote for me to take. NO ONE ELSE DID TH

Hallie was knowledgeable and provided exceptional service. We didn't know exactly what we wanted and she had great ideas. She was also very understanding about our two little kids with us. They even had toys for them to play with while we shopped. Thank you!

The tile selection is great. I love bringing my customers here. Team is very helpful and the displays help us select tiles. The atmosphere at the store is very positive and encouraging for designers like us. I love their mini bar always full of nice soft drinks and chocolates for my clients.

I have always had an excellent experience at the Tile Shop! All of the staff are wonderful. As a Designer, it means so much to have vendors who go the extra mile for you and Heidi did a fantastic job with my order this week!

Went in there looking for some tile metal trim which has been a pain to match with our bathroom fixtures. I came in on different occasions and had Jay and Hallie helped me with what I was looking for. These guys go above and beyond to help you out. Hallie hunted down some more tile trim for me bc the colors were not matching the new batch they had in store. Instead of me going from store to store

Great experience, the owner of the place Agha Mo showed me the great variety of elegant tiles that I can find in the store. I am a tile contractor (Stylisy Tile in Instagram) I would definitely recommend my clients to visit that place and they will come out.
