First of all I need to say the young lady that helped us was awesome. (Stephanie).
She did tell us several times any inside titles returable. Never said it had to be a full box.
When my back splash was finally finished I had left over title 5 pcs missing from 1 box and 15 missing from the other box. When I called to confirm I was able to return it. Was then told it has to be a full box and Also th

Massive selection of inventory to choose from. Love this place and the gentleman who was helping us was outstanding with knowledge. He was extremely helpful, respectful, and friendly. Great place for tile, we have used the tile shop for 4 home remodels in our house. Very happy w quality of tile. The staff will work w you to put together a great room.i wouldn't ho anywhere else. Ask for Annette shes very experienced & great to work with.

This is the best place. So many choices of beautiful tile, but the best part are the people. Rose was so helpful finding the right look then she made sure when the tile came in to go through each sheet to make sure they were perfect before we even got to the store to pick the tile up. Best customer service ever.

It took us a couple of months to decide on outdoor tile and Jennifer P. helped us along the way. She was great and we did not feel pressured to purchase. She was very knowledgeable and patient until we finally decided on the Alhama Provenzal Cotto tile. We were going for a vintage Spanish feel and the project turned out nice.
