Gabriel is the best--super helpful, not pushy, and with great taste and terrific suggestions. He's very thorough and keeps up with the details for your project and his follow up is so helpful. Highly recommend. The shop has a great selection on the floor and a very workable sample program.

The store called us an hour ago to pick up 270 tiles prior to winter storm. I get there and there’s only 220–no one counted before calling us. No apology from 2 team members. Wasted an hour, had to reorder another 50, and when I asked for expedited shipping for the reordered small amount, I got a sarcastic response of “well do you want them to arrive broken?” Bottom line —they did not take owne

When you go in, ask for Carla! She helped us take the overwhelmed out of the tile purchasing process, and made sure we found something we loved. I had no idea she could do mock ups for us to help us get a vision for what our new bathroom would look like, we gave her some ideas and she came up with her own! We really appreciated her eye for design, and ended up picking a tile we really liked. Would

The selection was great, but it was the customer service that we loved. Gabriel was amazing. He was invested, always had time for us, and when we missed part of our order at pickup, he drove the missing items to our home. And, get this. I texted him with a question, and even though he was on his vacation (in Hawaii, no less) he said " How can I help?" And help he did. Highly recommend!
