I went there after visiting the Floor and Decor next door, since no one bothered to help me after I spent 20mins in store with zero acknowledgment. Michael greeted me as soon as I walked in and asked me questions and tried different tile styles, to advise me. Can I just say, from the time I entered the store everyone was helpful. I didn’t have to walk around for a long period of time before getting help. The staff there definitely made me feel welcomed. I was introduced to a young lady name Sophia. She was amazing. When I told her what I wanted, she was able to execute and give me other options which I greatly appreciate. THE BEST STORE!! Michael is my new best friend. His questions really helped me pinpoint my style and find the right look for our master bath!
