Has a good selection of tiles though on the expensive side compared to some others. We loved an accent tile for our bathroom remodel and received excellent customer service from Antony Toussaint; huge kudos to him for his always smiling and helpful attitude!

This place was amazing! They have an unbeatable selection of tile with extremely unique patterns and shapes. From the minute I walked in the customer service was unsurpassed. Dustin greeted me and helped me choose the right tile by taking each selection to the display that was closest to my home layout. I am a general contractor and I often suggest for my clients to visit the Tile Shop to make their tile selections. They have a wide variety of styles, materials and accessories.
Their staff will spend the time to help put together a design based on their style.
In store they have displays set up so people can see what the tile, trim and grout selections look like installed.

I went to The tile shop with an idea that my customer wanted for their bathroom. Carrera tile on the floors a smaller tile on the walls and even a little smaller tile in the bathroom tub walls. Bought a 35 sample and then they do not return as outside of window. Projects take longer and had my purchase history. Do not buy from them for a big project as they will not take care of you.
