So far the experience with staff response is great,
I think making a ramp for movers to effectively move in and out would help tremendously. That was a little difficult .But we managed .
Also the smell in our apartment made us have to spend money on a purifier, and other deodorizer products because it is so overwhelming. I’m not sure what the smell is but I’m big on odors and cleaning as

DO NOT LEASE HERE.
Packages are regularly stolen by other tenants in this complex. Management is aware of the issue and has failed to fix it.
The new package delivery system is unacceptable — residents are given only 24 hours to pick up their packages or they’re returned to the carrier. This is completely unreasonable for people who travel or work long hours. This policy shows zero consideration

Me and my girl have been tenants at this place for almost a year now. We haven't had any complaints until...recently. when we moved in we asked for a storage of which they got us one gave us the key. We went to put our things in there and locked it up. This was last January. Periodically we would go to check on our stuff but not as of recently. 4 stars for price, management, amenity/community events and cleanliness of the complex, minus 1 star quality of apartment. The fees are reasonable with the exception of the cost of the garage.
