I really enjoy living here. I was pleasantly surprised with how good a deal I got. The new people in the office are really nice and helpful with whatever you need. Gotta love that we get free covered parking. No complaints so far.

I love it it's peacefully and the people are very nice. The Property Manager is the best sweet woman I ever meet she is very sweet and loving to everyone. Ms. Jesse is the Manager she is very sweet and nice also she has been nothing but a great leader her and Ms. Deatrice. If you want to be in a safe place then look no further. Me and my wife really like it here. The apartment is so spacious and nice. The office staff are really patient and kind. They have some really good specials right now that you should look into.

This place has been turning around for the better. Love the office staff and maintenance gets the work orders done in a timely manner. Apartments are nice for the price.

So I just got the keys to my new apartment. I must say this is the best management ever. It was a real easy process and they worked with me every step of the way . The lady that took care of name yesenia . She is vey awesome , I love and how she handle business! Keep up the good work .

Friendly staff, but that’s not what this is about. Roach infested apartments with an empty promise for pest control and renovations. Update: they brought someone to “insecticide bomb” the place only after I left a bad review. Wouldn't it have made sense to do it prior to our move in? After that they “put you on the list” for pest control monthly so they can have (the “proof” they’re talking about

My son room walls were water damaged and very soft to where his walls had soft spots and was cracking I also couldNOT use my master bedroom shower due to them telling me when I use my shower it causes a leak in the downatairs bathroom I was there June 2024 moved out Novemver 4 2024 also requested my deposit back but they never responded to me or gave my deposit back to me

I would like to give this 0 star but it wont let me post so I have to give them 1 star which they do not deserve. They never answer the phone, They will take your deposit before approving your application & when your denied you have to wait until they are ready to give it to you. When I looked at the apartment Yesina gave my boyfriend & I someone's house keys to look at the apartment & stated that
