DO NOT BUY A JOHN HOUSTON HOME!!!!! They will fall apart and when you ask for help they say it’s all your fault and will not honor their warranty. THE WORST BUILDER IVE EVER KNOWN. We had a HUGE problem with a 2022 build and they said it’s because we didn’t water our lawn for ONE MONTH WHEN IT RAINED EVERY DAY IN MAY WHEN WE MOVED IN. They said it’s our fault and they will not honor their 10 year
