There’s the other grill chained to rusted pole as far o know it would be a resident.ONCE I TURN ALL OF MY PICTURES AND VIDEOS I POST THEM ALL WAKED PROPERLY FOR AN HOUR GOT SOME GREAT VIDEOS AND PICTURES

The apartment complex manager, Berta, has been consistently reliable and helpful. Communication is clear, issues are handled in a timely manner, and the property is well maintained. It’s refreshing to have management that is organized and respectful toward residents. Overall, a very positive experience

I lived in these apartments since 2019 and recently moved due to several factors that I could go on and on. First.... the maintenance staff is the worse I've seen during my stay there were several maintenance request that was either marked completed or deleted so sometimes I had to include 2 or 3 request before it was completed.. I went to the office one day...office manager tells me that only 2

Dont move here unless its your last resort.
I've put in well over 30 maintenance requests some of which are for the same thing that just got ignored or broke soon after being "fixed". I've emailed and called them countless times.
When I brought this up their response was, "we switched to a new management company so its your responsibility to keep submitting maintenance tickets". OVER 30 MAINTENA

I signed my lease 3 weeks ago and I already regret it. Here’s my long and detailed list of complaints.
1) ROACHES!!!! On the day I signed my lease, I saw a few roaches in the kitchen, and I also noticed the strong smell of curry. I hate curry. That instantly told me that whomever had the apartment before me did not clean often and that the company doesn’t bother to clean apartments thoroughly befo

I want to give Berta a shout out for always being so helpful whenever we have needes her. My mom has lived here for a few years now and truely enjoys it. Dont get me wrong nothing is perfect but Berta the manager always makes it better.

absolutely disgusting! I have spent over 8 hours cleaning the kitchen cabinets already and I'm not even close to getting them decent. there is so much grease and gunk layered on these. (See the before and after photo of the drawers.) I can't believe they would even let someone move in with them like this. And don't get me started on the roaches. If I could give a -0 rating I would. Save your $$ and save yourself the headache. Recently I signed a lease renewal in April THAT NEVER GOT ENTERED IN THEIR SYSTEM! My rent was raised bc lease office failed to keep updated records and failed to call me that they didn’t have a lease renewal for me. I’m looking to relocate from Colorado so I’m having to do everything by text/over the phone. First of all, not once has anyone answered the phone. Second, Victoria has been my initial point of contact and she is very unhelpful. Whoever is in charge should make sure that the employees in the office are able to show proper customer service. I don’t know how they get anyone to lease here.
