Long story short…they were not supposed to remove any appliances…but they did. My dishwasher was removed to assess if there was mold in the dishwasher cabinet. When the Mold Pros reinstalled it, they hooked it up incorrectly resulting in a slow leak. The firm where I work in Addison had a serious mold issue in our kitchen. Kacee was very prompt about coming out and took care of our entire suite in a day! He also arranged for the repair that needed to take place. I would highly recommend them if you have a need and care about your health. They are very professional and the job is now finished!

I’ve worked with Kacee on two properties and he’s always been professional, efficient and easy to communicate with. I’ve never had a worry whether the job was done thoroughly enough or to completion. Hoping I never have to work with mold remediators again, but if I did, I’d choose The Mold Pros.
