I had a very disappointing experience with this apartment community. Management adds unnecessary extra charges to the monthly bill without providing a clear or proper explanation. When residents request clarification regarding these charges, the staff fail to give transparent or satisfactory answers.
Vehicles are towed at any time, which creates unnecessary stress and frustration for residents. I

I have given this place a 1 star because of 2 reasons, customer service and maintenance. To begin with, whenever i would go to customer service, they never truly seem happy to help and it seems like i am a nuisance just for asking for help.
