I love it here!! My apartment is very spacious and cozy. Not to mention you’re surrounded by several eateries and shopping centers. The leasing agent Jody was very nice, professional and informative throughout the whole process. If you’re looking for a nice, comfortable, and quiet place this is it.

I have lived here for a long time and am so glad Claudia is back in the office. I had a personal emergency two weeks ago afer Christmas, which landed me in the hospital and she went above and beyond to help me with some items including securing my apartment because I had to leave so abruptly with the paramedics. It is nice to live somewhere that has kind staff who care alot about their residents.

My brother and I have lived here for 3 years and I will say, if I don't have to move I won't. I'm grateful for the staff Ms. Jody Sisemore, Ms. Claudia, and Mr. Mark. Maintenance also doesa great job with work requests. I am more than pleased! Thank you all for everything that you do!!!

I’ve had the pleasure of living in this community for 2 years. Also have felt safe, and the front office crew is always friendly. Today I learned they also support the small businesses in their community! I had the opportunity to work with Claudia and I’m grateful for her knowledge and her ability to get the information she needed confirmation on. Thanks guy for the help today!!

Management has refused to fix a faulty riser room sprinkler system for over 1 month (full 30 days) now. Genuinely didn’t want to make this review because this place isn’t the worst compared to other apartments in other areas. The riser pump of which I got lucky enough to live right next too, hums 4-5X LOUDER than an AC system, violently vibrating the walls all up and down the side of the building,

Paden defiantly is a trooper! We needed a place fast and he provided! We threw him for a loop and asked a lot of questions and he made the application process smooth and we just moved in! He made it so easy! Thank you so much for our new home Paden!

I can't wait to move in to Landing in January. Even though the office was very busy, Claudia welcomed each person coming in and even asked the kids coming home from school how their day was. She was very detailed with everything, answered all of my questions and very kind.
