I went in on a Sunday morning needing help finding correct hinge. I do not want call out employee, but definitely needs a course in customer service. He was clueless in product knowledge. The game changing moment is when I asked to get a manager to help. I wss told "Good luck finding one of them available. "

I can’t say enough about the amazing service at Home Depot Wylie (#6589)! Fabian, Ashley, Tex, and Ray went above and beyond to help me get Christmas lights for my landscapers. Went here as an Uber driver doing a shop for a customer. On the way out this guy stops me to ask about my HVAC unit at home. I tell him twice that I have to go and he still tried to keep me. Had to tell him a third time. Please train your employees to respect people's time better.

About 20% of the time when I'm in this store I"m approached by what amounts to a door to door salesman that "partnered with Home Depot" trying to sell me some service. Sometimes it's a bathroom remodel, once it was a patio cover, and most recently it was for HVAC maintenance. I didn't go to the hardware store to wade through a bunch of sales pitches. Home Depot please stop this practice!

12 customers in line for customer service and only 1 employee. 3 cashiers standing around doing nothing and one feisty guy getting pickup orders but won't stop to help ppl in store picking up lol
