I came to look for a termite and carpenter ant spray to use before my at home project started, a rep from garden was called 2 times aside from an MOD. Neither showed up!! Every time I go there, it's as if some manager has forgotten who pays the checks and tries to make as many obstacles for the customer as possible. There is so much taking up parking area...rental stuff; reserved spots for stellar employees and others that apparently don't have legs; and nearly every cart Home Depot owns. Shelves are in disarray with items mixed in the plumbing dept. Paint department has spray paint in disarray with spray paint all over the cans. A lot of open boxes in the electrical dept. with items missing. Kind of ghetto with some sketchy people mixed in walking around. The store in weslaco never has anything. I need. Customer service and staff are uncaring whether they have the item or not. Girl in the paint department was on her phone. Could care less well. I can go spend my money somewhere else

Have 2 gift items I need to return. Refused to let me return for gift card because I didn't have purchase order number. Hell one was a outdoor wicker plant holder that was already assembled. Perfect shape. Wanted private account number from person that gifted it to me. That's not my business or theirs!!!!!
