The service at this location is top notch. Multiple employees were willing to help me with some heavy items I purchased. Jeremy, in particular, was very friendly and helpful!
I used to have better experiences at Lowe's, but lately Home Depot has improved significantly.

This isn’t even a product review or review on the facility itself but there was a rep by the name Lora who was working near the customer service area. I had my dog with me and training her but she was so nice and kind to my dog. She’s a great example of customer service

This location is a reliable choice for home improvement needs. The store is well-organized, and I was able to find what I needed without much trouble. The staff was helpful and answered my questions, but they weren’t overly pushy, which I appreciated. They had a good selection of products, and the checkout process was straightforward. Overall, a solid shopping experience at this HD.

I’m not sure what’s happened to this location or its sense of customer service, but it’s clearly gone downhill.

Called the store to see if they had live Christmas trees and Marcos answered the phone and was SO kind! Came in a few hours later and he helped us with our Christmas tree and setting it on top of my vehicle! He’s a great asset to Home Depot and such a nice guy with the kindest smile!

I was just there earlier today around 6:51 p.m. and talk to a worker and they said there was closing up so I had to turn around and go to the other home depot. 720 p.m. at the other one off of Hebron and Plano i to see if they was open but it close up early update the website because I had to tell my client that I'll be back tomorrow when they open at 6:00 which I was just coming to get four items
