Great experience at the Sugar Land Home Depot today. Margarita in the lumber department was incredibly helpful! she was fast-paced, efficient, and made sure we had everything we needed. The team loading our lumber also made the process very smooth.

This is one of my favorite home depots, there are a lot of passionate employees here and there are some really knowledgeable staff. They were filled up with generators after the outage in 07/2024. Very well done and i can't say mucu about what they can improve, which is not the case with most of the home depots in the Houston area.

Alex.C & Doris are so sweet and helpful anytime me and my boyfriend come in. I don’t typically do reviews very much but for them they absolutely deserve it. Thank you Doris and Alex for being so patient and helpful anytime. It really is noticeable and appreciated so much thank you Home Depot.

This is a 15-Star Review for the HD employee-Manager John at the Sugarland, TX store. Wow. He is truly one of a kind and certainly dedicated to his job and assisting the customers. Always nice shopping experience here. Every single employee we have interacted with are welcoming, friendly, and some have silly conversations with our children, especially when they come to the workshops. Alex is always fun, and Josh the “door guy” was very informative and made the process simpler for us when selecting which door to buy.

We were greeted as we walked in. The employees were attentive and willing to help. Jamie was the front-end supervisor and went above and beyond the scope of her work to ensure that the Coca-Cola I was purchasing was cold, which was a pleasant surprise to me because nowadays, it seems like customer service is not what it used to be.
The manager was present and very engaging with the customers.

There was a spring sale item I wanted to buy. I would prefer to go in store in buy it. But your prices don’t match your online store it makes it very complicated a 5 min purchase turned into a 30 min ordeal. I was charged 3 times. And now have over $200 in pending charges that I will have to wait to fall off all due to miscommunication between employees and the website.
