I had a very disappointing interaction with Danny regarding a simple question about the payment process. As a contractor who spends thousands of dollars each month at Home Depot and shops here almost daily, I’m very familiar with the Pro checkout procedures.
When I asked about a recent change in the process, instead of explaining it clearly, Danny insisted that “this has always been the process.”

I called store in Selma Texas asked if they had sod, they said they asked Samantha working in garden center, lots of sod! Got there 15 mins later Samantha charged us and we looked at pile that said free, yes free.
