I didn't like that the exit and enter doors are separate. Went here with my elderly father and we had to walk to the opposite side to enter the building then walk back to the complete opposite side to look at the products we were interested in! They didn't even have the product we wanted!

I had stopped visiting this particular Home Depot location due to my previous experiences with the employees. However during my recent visit I had the pleasure of meeting Jonathon who works for the bear paint rep . He is knowledgeable about the products but also went out of his way to assist me. I hope that Home Depot will continue to hire and train employees like Jonathon he truly made a positive

Bought this tool box needed it right away it had tons of scratches and dents asked Frank acting manager denied us 10% off brother I wasn't asking for a free hand out just letting you know its an open box item with lots of dings on it. 1 star for frank did even offer to help take apart so we could load it. Had me pay for the screw driver to take it apart. no help no customer service.

Went there to buy a few items. Got to the register and the clerk was there talking with a costumer for 7-8 minutes. I'm sure he noticed my impatience but just continued talking and joking with the costumer. JOHN IN LUMBER HAS BEEN A GREAT HELP FROM THE START I HAD A LIST OF MATERIALS I NEEDED AND HE WAS VERY EDUCATED IN HIS DEPARTMENT AND ALSO OTHER DEPARTMENTS WE LOADED 20 2X6X8 ALSO WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO LOOK UP NAILS FOR A NAILING GUN TO MAKE SURE I GOT THE RIGHT ONES AND ALSO FOUND THE VALLEY RIDGE FOR PATCH WORK HE LOADED 20 BAGS OF CEMENT ON TO THE CART AND MY TRUCK ALSO AFTER HE HEL
