It is rare this day in age to find people genuinely willing to help even when they are doing something completely different; and that is exactly what we encountered this morning at the Home Depot in Rowlett. Home Depot associate Ryan G was an excellent professional when I asked him to cut 10 feet of vinyl. I've been to hundreds of stores across the country, and I've rarely seen someone so polite and helpful. Ryan truly deserves to be happy and recognized for his work.

I want to give recognition to a Home Depot employee in the Garden department named Bryan. He was absolutely the best! I had been struggling to find the right plants and soil for my garden, so I showed him the idea I had in mind, and he helped put everything together perfectly.

Customer service is horrible. According to them, 20 bags of 50 lb cement (1000 lb total) are not heavy enough to put it in a pallet and use forklift. So they said I have to pull this cart to my truck and load it all by myself because their employees just lazy and try to ignore me. I ordered online and this happened when I came to pick up. Never go this location again.

This is my store. I own my own business in home remodeling and license electrician. I go to this store 3 are 4 times a day. It's not a project unless you make at least 2 trips to the Homedepot. Lol

I really don't like leaving questionable reviews, especially about solid businesses like HD. But I went for a specific item in lighting. Lighting fixtures are so brightly lit you can't see them! I needed to know the specifics about installation. I searched for a employee but none around. Then a young employee shows up trying to get me to sign up for something to win a $500 deal. Told him no thanks

I haven't had a depot experience like that in a long time. 1st time at Rowlett, Texas Depot. Staff was amazing, and several associates asked if we needed help!! Gigi helped us with carpet, Joey helped us with a door. And 2 other gentlemen in flooring was very helpful. I'm not used to this kind of service in Florida. It was nice to see Home Depot getting quality staff.
