This was this past Saturday 2 hrs before closing... and I'm sad to say that this was the 1st time I was very disappointed on how the restroom wasn't been looked out for. It was a mess. I guessing since it was almost closing time they didn't give a dang. Presentation in the least place u think is what says of the building and their staff.

Why would you send opened and damaged products to a customer!? This is beyond stupid!! I qualified for same day delivery and thought wow this is so convenient — wrong!! An opened door knob kit and that was taped shut, done poorly might I add. A damaged box, one would think the rep picking the items would be like, gee maybe this is damaged. DUH!!! What is wrong with your store employees!?

Way to go with your new return/refund policy, automatically denying returns because we don’t have a receipt!? Used to be we would get store credit which was fine since we are always doing home projects. As per your employees everything above $45 gets immediately denied!!! Their words. Like if everybody keeps receipts around specially in the home improvement line of work. Not professional at all

AJ, Jacob and Sergio provided excellent customer service. To me that should be the bare minimum, but they did outstanding to help a customer who is not as knowledgeable on the landscaping/ outdoor patio world. Store was clean, organized and properly price tagged. Great spring sale prices!

Went two times in a week to look at appliances and compare prices. Hector was EXTREMELY helpful and educated us on the appliances we were purchasing. Much appreciated since we are first time home buyers. Will continue to recommend Hector.

I love coming to Home Depot with my mom. I went and checked on some prices that I need for electrical. I did see the water hose, was $29 which I think for me is cheap. My mom loves seeing the gardening center. Here are some photos and videos I took.

This place always has what I need for all my projects, but it's kinda hard to find help. You literally have to look for someone but when you find that person they help till you get what you went for. So enjoy your projects and happy hunting.

I went in today to purchase some rat traps but only found 1 in the empty shelf box. I did purchase a 27 gallon bin which was on sale and great for putting away Halloween decorations. I had to go to Lowe's to get the remainder rat traps I needed.
