I love Home Depot, great stores, pro member, I spend thousands each year at the stores, but MY Home Depot just 2 miles from home has got to be one of the worst. Almost every single time I go one or more of the things I go for are out of stock. If I go to the one on the other side of town nine miles away it's clean, organized, stocked.. Budget project. I try to keep my small projects under 300 budget and big projects under 500. I won on accent wall. So i won 200.00 bucks and was sold some old tools I wasn't using. So I spent about 600.00 in total but only 200 out of pocket. TV was already mounted with lights. I just had to center it with the accent wall. The manager Joselyn was great an helpful. She helped me an my husband with our issue. Joseph in customer service was unprofessional an no help at all. He repeatedly gave us bad looks an did not help us with our issue an we had to repeatedly ask him to call a manager. I gave 4 stars because Joselyn is a great helpful manager who helps her customers.

I walk through your greenhouse all the time. My favorite flowers are the various colors you’ve periodically had for the coneflowers: classic purple, but also orange and pink. Very cool. I bought the ‘pickle’ succulent and it is still trying to live after 9 months. Our flytrap from here is enjoying bottled water with bits of green tea steeped in it

Absolutely the messiest Home Depot I've been to, disorgabized and appears to either be short staffed or poorly managed. Long return line, longest checkout line I've seen. Waited someone in hardware for a while, they made 3 calls and nobody came.

We had one of the workers go above and beyond to help us out with our home renovation project, Cedric C. helped us pick, measure, transport, and even tie long baseboards to our car even though he didn’t have to. It was complicated figuring out how to tie them to take home but at least we didn’t feel alone in the confusion. Good to know there are still good samaritans out there :)

I go to Home Depot quite often to get stuff for my little projects around the house. I can find pretty much whatever I am looking for. My only issue with them is if I have a question, or can't find something, it's really hard to find someone to help. So I usually go up front to checkout and let someone know i need help and then I will go wait in the isle. Then I'll wait a little more. No one wi
