Staff is always extremely helpful. The store and restrooms are always clean. I enjoy the ease of using my phone to find products. Having the isle and bay listed on the app makes shopping super easy. The light fixture display has made finding the right light fixtures for me extremely easy.

Management here sucks! First off their hours never match what’s advertised so that can be a massive inconvenience. Their selection never matches what’s advertised and their staff doesn’t even know where anything is. Paris needs a Lowe’s because this place is trash.

So only 3 stars, well try to call that store and you will understand. A small problem a phone call could fix, but they won't even answer when their own customer service center calls the store.

Knowledgeable staff. Good building products (wood), Usually have everything I need. Hard to find help sometimes as staff tends to congregate upfront rather than among the aisles where needed. Overall great place.

Stuff everywhere in the aisles, couldn't get any help, rude older lady working check out. If I'm going to not have any help getting heavy items and have to pay hundreds of dollars, I at least expect to be treated nicely when I'm giving you my money...

This Home Depot has got to be one of the worst that I’ve ever seen. I’m from California and I’ve been using Home Depot for over 20 years and very satisfied until I moved to Texas and had to deal with the Paris Home Depot. I paid $40 for door and window measurements and I also had a coupon to use for 24 months no interest if I was to use my Home Depot credit card. That coupon has expired And I thin

They love lying to their customers and not being 100% honest and I called previously to talk to someone about doing online order and they basically told us that their delivery drivers had no issues on delivering things but yet they couldn't deliver 30 minutes outside of town because they're too stupid to do their job

We just 96% almost completed our new home and it took 5 long years, to almost pay, as we built. (Near $260,000 value. Insured for more. Small dept owed and no mortgage due.)
