Home Depot is a reliable place for tools and home improvement supplies. Good selection, fair prices, and usually everything I need is in stock. Staff is helpful when you can find them, though checkout lines can get long at times. Overall a solid store and I’ll keep coming back.

I enjoyed going to B-B on weekdays! Purchase lines are smaller during the week. Excellent clothing and car/ home accessories! Handicaps parking was there. Inside the store and outside was very clean

Terrible service. 2 months ago I bought a pallet of drywall and they sold the same pallet to another person at the same time. When they realized they only had one, they decided to give it to the other person. After an hour of waiting, they told me there was no more material for me, and although they gave me a refund, that doesn't make up for all the time I wasted and the frustration I had to endu

I needed some help getting some wood cut and Damian went above and beyond to help me get what I needed cut. He even went to the back cutter just to make sure I got the measurements I needed. He was also such a sweet young man. Home Depot did good by hiring him.

Absolutely horrible store. Made a large purchase $4500 on a ride on zero turn mower that they had outside. After I went in and paid I went back outside while they unchained it to prep it for me. They were supposed to deliver today the window was 6am to 8pm yeh right ok. Had both my phones in my hand at 5:45am at 8am I get a text saying delivery was cancelled because I didn’t answer which was total

I had an excellent experience at Home Depot. I believe her name was Andrea. She noticed that I needed help finding what I was looking for and came to me to make sure I got what I needed! I usually have a negative experience there, but she’s definitely an asset for that location!

After walking and communicating with multiple associates we finally found the required item
About 2 hours after management got involved.
I recommend you ask a manager to prevent a long wait for assistance
Also take into consideration this is Odessa home depot
I usually try to avoid it since this is a normal scenario for a regular customer (walk-in)
