Regular home shopping needs: Perfectly fine. Nothing wrong.
Home Improvement Services: A complete disaster from start to finish. They're at least working to fix their screw-ups. It very mildly so with no urgency what so ever though they are.
I started the process of trying to get a new backdoor and patio shades from them in October 2025. If I'm *lucky* those might be done in January of 2026. The

I love going to this Home Depot for all my little jobs but this week I’ve come in 4 days this week and the electrical conduit has not been restocked once putting all my work on halt. Great selection of all the hardware and home improvement needs that you could imagine.
I really enjoy their gardening section and all the employees always been helpful and show me where the products are that I'm looking for. I like browsing for general home improvement ideas and the appliance section give me a pretty good idea of some of the upgrades I could do with my house.

I didn't know that Home Depot did Hospice Care. By the looks of their plants this is where plants go to die. The plants they are selling full price Lowe's is selling on clearance. The employees are nice though, just not to plants. Plants lives matter too. 😁

We were excited to start a kitchen project. New cabinets, new countertops, etc. The first visit was great. They came out to measure the kitchen over an mont ago and since then it has been disappointing. We went in the same week to discuss what we were looking for and it was still exciting. Then it fell apart for No response to emails, voicemails. Received a quote on October 3 which makes no sense

Normally receive great customer service at this location. However, that was not the case today. Customer service was non-existent. Had to track down an employee for assistance as several employees just walked by without asking if I needed assistance with anything. Waited over 15 minutes for employee assistance with sprinklers.
