I was trying to get a tap converter. This Home Depot branch is the worst that I have ever experienced. The staff are not attentive or helpful, the shelfs are messy. The garden section is a big mess too. Lowe's Pharr are way better.

I dread going to this Home Depot. The parking lot is not very large and the place is always busy. It's often hard to find a parking spot. All of the flatbed carts are outside taking up what used to be a couple of parking spots. The shopping carts are outside, nice and hot to the touch in the summer. Store aisles are usually clogged with stuff making it hard to navigate without bumping into th

Stephanie who was at the Pro department on 11/7/25 when I checked out was very rude. She was on the computer, and no one was at the register. I asked, "Is anyone at the register?". She ignored me. I asked again. She turned around and said, "I'm the only one. You need to give me a minute.". There's no need for rude customer service.

I had a disappointing experience at this Home Depot location. Receiving hours are listed until 7:00 PM, and I arrived at 6:30 PM, but they refused to unload me. In addition, they do not start receiving at 7:00 AM like most Home Depot stores — they start at 7:30 AM instead.

About a year and a half ago, I purchased a washer from Home Depot that I later discovered had a dent and was defective. Unfortunately, by the time the issue became apparent, it was just beyond the 48-hour return window. Despite the fact that the appliance was sold in damaged condition, I was told nothing could be done due to store policy.

Had terrible experience with delivery issue. Home Depot appliance sales person entered my delivery address wrong I was under the impression she took down my address correctly because she had no questions about address.
