Absolutely terrible experience at Home Depot. I’ve been waiting for over two hours just to pick up some blocks/steps, and it has been a complete mess. I’ve been sent from one area to another like no one knows what they’re doing. First they say it’s in one place, then it’s not, then I’m told to wait for someone to load it… and that person never shows up.

I have purchased thousands of dollars of building materials from Midland Home Depot in the past year.
Will not return.
Needed help in electrical department this morning; no one could be bothered to help. Asked any employee that was in the area; heard calls for electrical associate several times. Waited 20 minutes; no one arrived. Lowe's is only 5 minutes away. I could have gone there and been out

If it wasn't for Karen the cashier at the self check out I would have left and gone to Lowes. After asking the customer service who could unlock the milwaukee tool kit to purchase, they did not know who to page, a sales person that was walking buy told us that the cashier in the self check could help us they had the device to open the kits. I saw this young lady (Karen) and I asked her for help.

I gave them two stars because I guess they did try to remedy the situation although they didn’t really do it. I ordered two 5.5lbs fire extinguishers and they delivered to two 2.5lbs fire extinguishers. I had an amazing experience at Home Depot today. Alliance helped me with everything I needed, with a level of patience and customer service you hardly see anymore in the stores here in Midland. She explained everything, found the products for me, and made sure I left completely satisfied. The rest of the staff was also very friendly. Really appreciate service like this. Highly recommended

My Home Depot credit card was sent through the Midland U.S. Postal Service and never arrived twice so I had to unfortunately cancel my account for the whole family .This isn’t just an inconvenience it’s a serious security risk. Credit cards should not be sent through a mail system that can’t reliably deliver mail.
Home Depot needs to take responsibility and use safer delivery methods when issuing
